CARDWELL LADIES CUP
Open only to lady members of clubs affiliated to Eastbourne and District Small-Bore Rifle League.
The competition to be on a self handicap basis. Each competitor to state with her entry the handicap selected. This handicap will be then fixed throughout the competition.
FIRST STAGE – One ten bull match card to be shot at 15, 20 or 25 yards on the competitors club range. All cards to be signed by one witness, whose signature will be held to verify that the conditions of the competition have been complied with. 50% and equal of all competitors in the first stage will pass to the second stage.
SECOND STAGE – Ten shots on one card as first stage. The four and equal competitors with the highest score will pass to the final stage.
FINAL STAGE – One card as before to fired shoulder to shoulder on a range to be decided by the League Committee. Lots to be drawn for squadding and order of firing. All firing to be witnessed by officials of the League or persons nominated by them. Ties in this round only to be shot off.
